Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to acquire software as a service high school transcript solution that can be accessed by current students and parents, past students, and current district and school-based administrative staff. The service should be able to perform the following functions: The solution should serve as a one-stop shop for the storing, requesting, and sending of transcripts. Students, employers, and schools should be able to go to a single website to request transcripts, either official or unofficial. The service should allow the ability to send transcripts, education verification, and graduation verifications electronically or by mail. If a student requests an official transcript, it should be labeled Official with a document ID for verification
