The purpose of this request for proposal is to identify a firm that will work with the ADOL in the following areas: - Consulting services to enhance claim processing and optimizing adjudication processes. Services should include an in-person evaluation of current practices. - Consulting services for streamlining appeals hearings and decision making. Services should include an in-person evaluation of current practices. - Recommendations for optimizing processes and practices should include solutions for appeals hearings that involve proofing decisions determined by ADOL’s merit staff, the ability to input decisions into an existing system, the ability to digitize files, and anything else in the process leading up to the appeal decision or after the decision is made. - Additionally, the proposal should include suggested uses of new Artificial Intelligence (AI) programs and the ability to utilize such to reduce staff workload and provide better and faster access to the public for claims and appeals hearings
