Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of services includes routine / regular inspection, monitoring, reporting, and operational services for which lump sum pricing is requested and additional on-call services that may be requested. Lump sum pricing is to be provided for routine / regular compliance and permitting tasks. The Town reserves the right to award some or all of these services to one or more selected consultants. Routine / regular services include the following tasks: A. Title V Compliance Monitoring, Recordkeeping, and Reporting B. Greenhouse Gas Emissions Estimates, Recordkeeping, and Reporting C. Quarterly Landfill Surface Emission Monitoring (SEM) and Reporting D. Monthly LFG System Reporting for the Town E. LFG Well Raising The consultant will also be responsible for operating, managing, and maintaining the LFG collection and control system to maintain efficient operations, control odors, and comply with the facility’s permits and DEEP regulations.
