Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor may be requested to provide the following “in home” services on an as needed basis to Clients of the City, at each Client’s home or residence. 1. Personal Care- Contractor shall ensure that it and its employees assist each Client with the activities of daily living to include, but not be limited to, assistance with bathing, cleaning, dressing and grooming. 2. Home Management- Contractor shall ensure that it and its employees assist each Client with assistance to include, and not be limited to, the following activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and other identified tasks specific to the client. 3. Household maintenance- Contractor shall ensure that it and its employees assist each Client with services to include, but not be limited to, the following activities, such as changing light bulbs, batteries, and other identified tasks specific to the client. 4. Nutrition- Contractor shall provide services to Clients that include, and not be limited to, (1) ensuring that Clients receive nutritionally balanced meals and snacks (to include preparation of such as needed) appropriate to the length of time in care each day and the daily nutritional needs of each adult, (2) receiving special diets if prescribed by a licensed physician or in accordance with religious or ethnic requirements, and (3) the adult's preferences, or other special needs. 5. Consumer and/or Personal Hygiene education- Contractor shall provide guidance to Clients on general guidelines for cleanliness, stopping the spread of disease, and other issues as identified specific to the Client...
