Specifications include, but are not limited to: SCDOT is soliciting for vegetation debris removal at the former Carolina Panther’s practice facility in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The fallen debris is estimated at 11,000 CY and has been collected and staged at the former site. Provide all implements, machinery, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, mobilization, labor, licenses, bonding, fuel, incidentals, and any other items necessary to remove debris from site. Contractor may choose to reduce vegetative debris by grinding prior to hauling. Contractor must comply with all federal and state law for loading, securing, and transporting debris. The contractor’s price must be a single, fixed bid for the debris removal at this site, and must include the necessary tools, machinery, equipment, transportation, mobilization, labor, licenses, bonding, fuel, and any other incidental expenses and fees needed to perform job requirements.
