Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Functionality required to update the question set when regulations change: a. Capable of updating the question set when EPA regulations change or when State regulations change. 2. Functionality required to prepare for the inspection includes: a. Ability to download inspection relevant fields from the database prior to the inspection. 3. Capable of stand-alone functionality with no internet connection required to conduct inspections and capture inspection data. 4. Functionality required during the inspection includes: a. Ability to select a new inspection or modify a prior inspection. b. Ability to update facility specific fields including the facility, dispenser, and tank information – use lookup tables from UST production database for updating certain fields associated with tank information. c. Ability to capture all data represented in the questions in Attachment B Exhibit 1. d. The list of questions is provided in Attachment B Exhibit 1. These questions need to be dynamic and relevant based on tank information in the UST production database and any tank information is changed during the inspection. e. Ability to move between inspection modules to insure flexibility within the inspection routine. f. Ability (and prompt) to take photographs of non-compliance, store them with the inspection, and transfer as a stand-alone file. g. Ability to take photographs not tied to compliance, store them with the inspection, and transfer as a stand-alone file. h. Ability to save partial inspections. i. Ability to add or delete dispensers to/from database. 5. Functionality at the conclusion and after the inspection: a. Include a prompt to review inspection results prior to submitting to UST Database, submittal manually following review. b. If out of internet range, automatically update when internet access is restored. c. Ability to generate a PDF of the inspection. d. Ability to generate an email, with the inspection PDF attached, to the facility owner. e. Ability to synchronize application with the UST Database.
