Specifications include, but are not limited to: The required services include labor, equipment rental, and material for the installation of traffic control devices to include but not be limited to installation and reinstallation of streetlights, metal bases, poles, arms, signal heads, mastarms, traffic loops, wiring, and repair of concrete bases, conduit and horizontal boring with HDPE pipe installation. The required services shall be requested on an as-needed basis with no guaranty of specific quantities. EMERGENCY AND NON-EMERGENCY RESPONSE - The Contractor shall provide skilled (journey level electrician) and semi-skilled labor personnel for repairs to electrical and electronically controlled traffic signal control devices, street lighting, conduit, HDPE pipe and fiber. The personnel must work independently and exercise skilled judgment in the performance of assigned duties.
