Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals to enter into multiple contracts with qualified Nursing Agencies who can provide licensed registered nurses (RN) and/or licensed practical nurses (LPN) to provide health care services to students with complex health care needs within the Weber School District (WSD). The Weber School District Purchasing Department is the issuing office for this document and all subsequent addenda relating to it. The reference number for the transaction is Solicitation # JW20004. This number should be used as reference on all submissions, correspondence, and documentation relating to this RFP. This RFP is designed to provide interested organizations (or agencies) with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements, but is not intended to limit a proposal’s content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Proposing organizations are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement.
