Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bidder shall provide all materials, labor, supervision, and expertise required to: a. Remove existing drywall, one (1) transaction window, and one (1) door. (1) Current wall is approximately 18’ W x 9’ H. b. Installation: (1) Install and frame new opening for transaction window. i The opening shall have an ADA compliant height of 30”. (2) Install level III ballistic panels in the wall. (3) Install new drywall over ballistic panels. (4) Install new 4” vinyl coil cove base. i Cove base color shall match existing. ii Cove base shall be installed after painting is complete. (5) Install new Hollow Metal (HM) frame and level III ballistic door with oak veneer finished to match existing. i Door and HM fame size: 3’0 W x 6’8 H. ii Existing lockset and electronic strike will be reused. (6) Install one (1) level III bullet resistant glass transaction window at the Commissioner’s window. c. Mud, sand, prime, and paint the walls. (1) Drywall finishing (i.e., mudding, taping, sanding, etc.) shall be completed before the transaction windows and HM frames are installed. (2) Painting shall be completed prior to transaction window installation. i One (1) coat primer and two (2) coats finish paint. ii Paint colors shall match existing. 1. Walls: Sherwin Williams, Eggshell 2. Doors & Trim: Sherwin Williams, Semi-gloss d. Bullet resistant glass shall: (1) Be enclosed in a clear anodized aluminum surround frame. (2) Have one (1) arched natural voice transaction window. i Natural voice transaction window size: Approximately 40” W x 48” H. ii Must be ADA accommodating. (3) Include a bullet-resistant deal tray. i Deal tray shall be: 1. 16” W x 8” D x 2 ¾” H. 2. Stainless-steel with a curved bottom. 3. A brushed finish.
