All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor to furnish labor, equipment and materials to perform the following: (1) Patch existing walls as needed and prep for new paint finish. (2) Sand walls, door frames, and doors; spot prime areas, as needed for new paint finish. (3) Apply finish paint to previously prepped walls and trim matching existing color scheme. (4) Vendor will be responsible for removal of all debris during work and after completion of work. Room Sizes: (1) Twenty-eight (28) Feet x Sixteen (16) Feet. (2) Thirty (30) Feet x Thirty-Six (36) Feet; Miscellaneous: (1) Work will be performed on days and hours scheduled by lab contact person. (2) Work should begin no later than (14) days after approved purchase order has been issued.
