Specifications include, but are not limited to: EIGHTEEN(18) 100 GALLON TRUCK TYPE FIRE SUPP SKID UNITS. 3.1.1 Eighteen (18) 100 Gallon Type 7, Truck Type Fire Suppression Skid Units or Equal 3.1.1.1 100-gallon capacity polypropylene water tank skid unit. The Tank shall be constructed of ½-inch black, textured, UV-resistant polypropylene material with a ¾-inch thick tank floor and pump platform. 3.1.1.2 Tank floor shall also have a recessed sump. 3.1.1.3 Tank shall be baffled with minimum ⅜ inch transverse and longitudinal baffles to meet NFPA standards. 3.1.1.4 The tank, at minimum, shall include white plastic sight gauge located on the rear tank wall. 3.1.1.5 The tank, at minimum, shall include low-profile 5-inch minimum diameter tank fill/vent. 3.1.1.6 The tank, at minimum, shall have an additional ¾ inch polypropylene mounting plate on top. 3.1.1.7 The tank, at minimum, shall include 1 1/2-inch diameter NPT fill port, 1 ½ inch diameter suction port, and a 2-inch diameter NPT drain. 3.1.1.8 Tank dimensions shall be a maximum 48 inches long by a maximum 22 inches high. 3.1.1.9 Tank must have front and rear mounting tabs. 3.1.1.10 Tank must have a Limited Lifetime Factory warranty. Limited Lifetime Warranty warrants to the owner that the product (poly tank) will be reasonably free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. The warranty will cover all defects of materials and workmanship associated with Normal Use. The manufacturer has the right to repair OR replace the product at its discretion. The manufacturer will cover all repair costs associated with the repairs. Repairs will be made at the owner's location. If the product is unable to be repaired on site the cost of transportation of the product will be covered by the manufacturer.
