Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor assumes all responsibilities for project delivery. 2. Construction Dates – Finish on or before August 15th 2024. 3. No rain days will be allocated to the project duration. 4. Liquidated damages will be $500 per day past the deadline. 5. The Contractor can visit the project site by scheduling an appointment with the owner. 6. Contractor shall develop and submit prior to beginning construction, a schedule of work, which will allow construction of the project while maintaining vehicular access to all adjacent parcels during the construction period. 7. Contractor to clean and scrape all courts removing all dirt, debris, loose court material, and any other matter, pressure wash all areas and dispose of waste in approved location. 8. Contractor spray for weeds and vegetation inside the cracks and on the court surface. 9. Contractor to remediate all birdbaths over 1/8” of water accumulation with approved patching material. 10. All court surfacing products shall be applied per manufacturer specifications. 11. Court colors are to be similar to the existing court colors. 12. Owner shall have final approval of all colors. 13. All net posts shall be sanded and repainted with black enamel paint. 14. The new court lines must meet USTA and National Federation of High School Rules 15. All cracks must be cleaned and filled with manufacturer approved acrylic crack filler and repaired in the court surface. Riteway, Guardian and Armor crack repair products/systems can be accepted, as long as the surfacing manufacturer and installation contractor approves the application of the crack repair manufacturer products.
