Specifications include, but are not limited to: .1.1 The assessment suite should provide evidence-based progress monitoring (curriculum-based measurement) and diagnostic assessments in reading, math, and behavior for grades K-12. 3.1.2 The range of work may include, but not be limited to reading, math, and behavior diagnostic assessment tools to assist in targeted interventions and special education instruction. 3.1.3 The vendor must have a fully automated system that does not require manual uploads to obtain the data required for the notifications. (See technology requirements below.) 3.1.4 The vendor’s product must be evidence-based and must be reviewed and rated by the National Center on Intensive Intervention. 3.1.5 Curriculum-based measurement to monitor the effectiveness of the interventions and specially designed instruction in reading and math. 3.1.6 Progress monitoring should be relatively brief and sensitive to growth. 3.1.7 Progress monitoring should be nationally normed and have national growth norms. 3.1.8 All purchases of goods and/or services will be requested on an as-needed basis. 3.1.9 APS will not guarantee minimum or maximum quantities to be purchased during the term of the contract.
