Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. On each level of the building: Clean all surfaces of each room, bathroom, corridor, closet, stairway, elevator, lobby, back of house spaces, etc.; including but not limited to light fixtures, top of trim pieces, inside cabinets and drawers, counter tops, mirrors, shelves, diffusers, registers, handrails, guardrails, partitions, equipment, plumbing fixtures, sinks, doors, glass, and outside of cabinets, display cases, millwork, hardware circulation desk, furniture, stainless steel panels, grills, security grillies, louvers, interior columns, benches, trim, signage, etc. Bring all finishes back to “clean as new” condition. 2. SDS information and product data for all chemicals used must be submitted to Whiting-Turner prior to use on the jobsite. These bottles are to be labeled with the contents of these bottles. Any damage due to the misuse of materials or improper method of cleaning will be corrected at the expense of the final cleaning subcontractor. 3. The word "clean" in this specific scope is defined as removal of all dust, dirt, debris, tape, protective films, stickers, labels, adhesive, grease, residues, glue, markings, etc. from product and building material surfaces. 4. Clean all materials per manufacturer's recommendations. 5. All trash generated by final clean-up is to be removed from the building and jobsite by this subcontractor. Any manuals, instruction sheets or warranty pamphlet shall not be disregarded. All manuals, instruction sheets and warranty information shall be turned over to WT. 6. Subcontractor is to provide means of access to clean all areas. (i.e. ladders, lifts, scaffold etc.). 7. Subcontractor to remove all remaining temporary floor and finish protection at time of final cleaning including, but not limited to, kraft/rosin paper, plywood, plastic sheeting, masonite, and cardboard. Coordinate with Whiting Turner for removal of all temporary protection. 8. Subcontractor is responsible for cleaning of all floors including, but not limited to VCT, carpet, porcelain tile, ceramic mosaic tile, epoxy tile, sheet vinyl, walk off carpet, foot grill carpet and rubber base, treads and risers per the manufacturer's recommendations. Broom, wet/dry mop, and vacuum as applicable depending on the floor type. 9. No harsh scrubbing or abrasive cleaning tools shall be used on any flooring surfaces without prior written consent from WT. If any issues arise notify WT immediately of the situation. 10.
