Specifications include, but are not limited to: Utilizing a Design-Build (DB) project delivery approach, the DB team will perform the Green Street Mobility Project which will generally include the following elements (areas of design and construction) within the Historic area of City of Roswell: New roadway, existing roadway modifications, sitework, grading, coordination and relocation of utilities, landscaping, sidewalks, brick paved multi-use trails with a node and gateways, a parking structure with appropriate architectural features and parking technology (e.g., ticketing, payment systems, license plate readers, space count, parking guidance, etc.) a surface parking lot, Storm water management infrastructure including water quality detention, limited EV charging stations, ADA, demolition, utilities (electric, water, sewer, etc.), and security considerations.
