Westbrook High School electrical upgrade project The Westbrook Board of Education, at a future date, intends to introduce air conditioning to the High School facility. However, a recent study found that there was not sufficient electrical capacity to support the installation. S&R Engineering was hired to conduct a study and design a new system that would provide sufficient power to support the proposed air conditioning system. The original system will remain in place and functional. The scope of services for this project is solely for an additional electrical service upgrade.
