Specifications include, but are not limited to: : Dumpster surrounds current entrance to be widened by approximately 3” to accommodate dumpster width and to avoid damage to dumpsters and surround. All newly exposed cinder block surface must have a smooth uniform surface and be free of voids. Current swinging door to be removed and replaced with steel framed, chain linked sliding door (or approved equal) located on the exterior side of surround. Sliding door to have both top and bottom rail to ensure door remains snug to surround. Sliding door must be able to latch close and contain a hole to accept a padlock to secure door when needed. New interior wall to be constructed of 2”x4” treated lumber with ½” treated plywood as wall surface on storage side only. Exterior grade silicone must be placed between bottom of wall and floor to prevent spills or seepage from reaching the storage side. Wall must also be fastened to concrete floor. Notch out existing bump boards to ensure newly constructed interior wall goes full width of surround. New bump board to be installed on dumpster side of newly constructed 2”x4” treated wall. Existing 30” opening on North wall to be widened and fitted with a 36” exterior fiberglass LHIS man door. Door to have passage knob with deadbolt keyed to match site master key. Entire surround to remain wired on upper portion to allow for venting. Existing siding, j-channel, and trim affected during construction to be reapplied to surround.
