Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary for the complete and satisfactory performance of electrical work. All work shall be performed by a licensed electrician, or a journeyman electrician employed by a company and working under the direct supervision of a licensed seasoned foremen. The Contractor shall be expected to perform routine and emergency electrical services at facilities such as office buildings, garages, residential halls, athletic facilities, stadiums research facilities, and libraries. Electrical services include but are not limited to all repair work associated with replacement of components that make up an electrical system. This will include internal system in buildings, exterior lighting, electrical fixtures attached to the building. Main distributing panel and subpanels., wiring, conduits; replacing various types of electrical devices, equipment, and switches. At the end of each job, the contractor shall clean the area ensuring the area is left in a ready to use state. When requested, a written estimate shall be provided prior to the commencement of work except for emergencies.
