North Carolina Central University (the “State”) invites bids from qualified contractors to provide general contracting services for the North Carolina Central University campus. The state is seeking a contractor whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely and cost-effective Services to the state. The purpose is to establish an Agency Specific Contract for labor and materials, required routing and emergency repairs, improvements, and maintenance services on an “as needed basis. No minimum or maximum hours’ use are guaranteed. It shall be understood and agreed that any purchase order issued during the contract period could be for more or less than the stated hours of use. The qualified contractor will be the annual service contractors for the University providing general repairs and improvement for the University Carpentry Department. A major part of the work will be in the carpentry field.
