Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Routine reporting to the State of New Mexico and the Federal government agencies, as required. 2. Compliance assistance including assisting with responses to an “notice of violation” or other enforcement filings from the State of New Mexico or other regulatory agencies. 3. Assistance with any routine “cover” issues. 4. Assistance with any cell closures that occur during the contract term. 5. Assistance with any leachate collection systems or liner problems. 6. Assistance with any final permitting issues with any future cells during contracted period. (Note: If design for a new cell is necessary, a contract amendment will be necessary.) 7. Assistance with any permitting issues, including permit renewals as required by New Mexico Environmental Department (NMED). 8. Assistance with any investigations that may be necessary. 9. Assistance with any surface water issues, groundwater issues, storm water issues, air quality and greenhouse gas issues or landfill gas issues. 10. Assistance with any air, greenhouse gas, groundwater, storm water, surface water, or gas monitoring requirements.
