Specifications include, but are not limited to: Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Transportation (DOT), intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 months with PALS, Minnesota State University Mankato for continued, uninterrupted use of PALS (Program for Automated Library Systems) Library User to be renewed. PALS (is a Program of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities) Library User Fees for term 7/1/2024 – 6/30/2025 includes: • Alma/Primo Software System Access and Support includes administration of contract and communication with vendor • Training and support services includes escalation of support incidents to vendor, assistance with configuration of software • Membership in the MnPALS Consortium includes interlibrary loans, cataloging, user group support Minnesota State University Mankato retains exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary cloud services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
