The Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) seeks a vendor to serve as a purchaser, warehouser and distributor of water for the 2024 heat season. Vendor will be required to purchase and store cases of water (500ml bottles) and deliver upon request to cooling and respite centers across Maricopa County from June 1-Sept 30, 2024. In addition, the vendor will be required to acquire donations and deliver meals to the cooling and respite centers. The project is not to exceed $99,999. Although the cooling center list is not yet complete for 2024, Appendix D shows a map of the 121 cooling and respite centers from 2023 to provide context for scope. It is important to note that the map will change frequently throughout the summer.
