(i) Care Coordination for physical, oral, behavioral health, and Health-Related Social Needs services, as well as supportive administrative services related to data gathering (“Care Coordination”). (ii) Independent clinical and needs assessments and Care Coordination required for the delivery of Home and Community Based Services (“Independent Qualified Agent” services) as well as other similar services related to the delivery in-patient and out-patient treatment for children and young adults with emotional and behavioral health conditions. (iii) Workforce development and maintenance of physical, oral, and behavioral health care providers, (iv) Marketing and communications services focused on at least two different areas of OHA’s FFS operations– one that is designed to broaden awareness among those who may be entitled to receive services through OHA’s FFS Medical Assistance program and a second that is designed to support OHA’s workforce development efforts, and (v) Data Analytics and reporting services that will yield actionable data on key health indicators so that OHA can address social and economic barriers that prevent individuals from realizing their whole health and well being and design a FFS delivery system that will lead to the elimination of health care inequities. This service area will also include verifying and ensuring submission of accurate invoices for services provided to Members but which must be processed manually. The claims verification and invoicing will also require additional data analytics and reporting services to be performed.
