The Underground Storage Tank (UST) Management Division of the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) is seeking services to conduct groundwater sampling events at permitted and unpermitted petroleum release sites. The actual sampling to be performed will be detailed in a memo from the UST Management Division and a Site-Specific Work Plan (SSWP) provided by the Contractor for each site. All activities under this contract will be funded from accounts managed by the UST Management Division. All site rehabilitation activities must be performed by a South Carolina Certified UST Site Rehabilitation Contractor. Only bid proposals submitted by Certified UST Site Rehabilitation Contractors, pursuant to the State Underground Petroleum Environmental Response Bank (SUPERB) Site Rehabilitation and Fund Access Regulation (R.61-98 § IV), will be considered.
