Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Certain building systems on various projects throughout the District are to be commissioned using a team approach. The intent of the commissioning program is to provide documentation, testing, and training to help ensure that various projects meet the needs of the owner and the designer’s intent. The commissioning program includes: • Start up and testing of specified equipment and systems in accordance with the approved and updated SCA’s commissioning plan, FIV, OPT & FPT approved forms. • Identification of and documentation of equipment and system deficiencies and normal operating parameters. • Corrective actions and acceptance of corrected equipment and systems. • Operation and maintenance manuals. • Preventative maintenance equipment and system data collection. • Equipment and systems use and maintenance training. 2. Furnish labor and materials to accomplish Total Building Commissioning as specified herein.
