Specifications include, but are not limited to: Key required service delivery functions of the Immigration Legal Services include: Assess immigration needs and triage needed supports. Provide consultation for people related to emerging needs and relevant immigration processes. Follow service prioritization as identified by RPO in alignment with national and local trends, community needs and available resources. Actively collaborate with legal services partners funded by RPO to ensure case coordination and referral to appropriate services. Assist people to secure and maintain work authorization documentation, including: Current priorities include I-765 EAD applications for adults, Cuban/Haitian entrants, eligible humanitarian parolees, and any eligible populations that are not permanently employment authorized incident to their immigration status. Assist with Request for Evidence Response. Assist with obtaining or correcting SSN outside of I-765 application. Assist with other supportive services to address participant barriers. Assist people with I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, including: Assist with Request for Evidence Response. Assist with scheduling medical exam. Ensure appropriate representation in application and interview, per RPO guidance on representation. Assist with I-90 Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card. Assist with other supportive services to address participant barriers. Assist people with N-400, Application for Naturalization, including: Prioritize people aged 65 and over for purposes of SSI eligibility. Assist with RFE and NOID Response. Ensure appropriate representation in application and interview, per RPO guidance on representation.
