Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Section outlines the scope of work for the wall and window restoration project at Glen Burnie High School Building E in Glen Burnie, MD. Refer to the appropriate specification section for further information about installation methods and components to be provided. In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. Remove and dispose of window systems and components, including metal flashings, glazing, and associated materials and components down to existing rough opening unless otherwise noted. Remove and replace sidewalks, and existing subgrade waterproofing (Division 02 Section “Selective Structure Demolition”). 2. Provide cast-in-place concrete sidewalks, and subgrade mud slab, where indicated (Division 03 Section “Cast-In-Place Concrete”). 3. Provide concrete and reinforcement repairs. Raise and level concrete slab (Division 03 Section “Concrete Repairs”). 4. Remove and reinstall existing or provide brick masonry units at new throughwall flashing locations and provide masonry repairs as noted (Division 04 Section “Maintenance of Unit Masonry”). 5. Provide cast stone masonry cap (Division 04 Section “Cast Stone Masonry”). 6. Provide steel grating and angles (Division 05 Section "Metal Fabrications”).
