Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall: A. Deliver requested products at agreed upon time and location. 1. Delivery information shall be made as required on individual Purchase Orders. 2. City requestors will provide any specific delivery instructions noted on the purchase order. B. Deliver products in the original standard package. C. Provide replacement toners or supplies if there are any defects, at no additional cost to the City. 1. Defective toners and supplies shall be replaced within 3 business days after the Contractor is notified. D. Provide Manufacturer warranty on the toners and inkjet. See Section 5, Special Terms and Conditions, Subsection 5.20 Warranty E. Upon request, provide brochure or product information for the product requested. 3.3. Specification A. Printer Toners and Inkjet 1. The Contractor shall have the following options for the City to purchase: a. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) i. The Contractor shall provide printer toners that are original equipment manufactured. b. Third Party compatible (Generic) Toner and cartridges i. Warrant the City requestor that the third-party compatible toner or cartridges shall not void the manufacturer's warranty on the City's printers or fax machines. ii. If Third Party compatible toner does void a City's printer or fax machine, the Contractor shall notify the City's requestor and obtain approval before fulfilling the order. c.
