Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of services shall include, but is not strictly limited to, the following: • The term “plumbing services”, when used in this specification shall mean the maintenance, removal, repair and/or replacement of all piping, plumbing fixtures, plumbing appliances, plumbing appurtenances, boilers, and other materials and equipment in connection with any of the following: o Supply (domestic) water systems o Sanitary sewer systems o Storm drainage systems o Roof drains and drainage piping o Plumbing venting systems o Heating ventilation and air conditioning systems o Steam boilers, hot water boilers, and other water heating systems. • Plumbing services shall include the unclogging or snaking out of sanitary sewer or other drainage lines and the removal of solid or other waste to an acceptable disposal facility. • Plumbing services shall also include all labor, material and equipment necessary for the excavation, back-filling and compaction of soil as required for the removal, repair and/or replacement of underground piping, plumbing appliances, or other items. • All plumbing services shall be performed by Service Contractor’s own forces. This Contract shall not be assignable. • Service Contractor shall employ, and be capable of providing, multiple service technicians to be able, if required, to respond to multiple requests for service at the same time. Crew size shall be limited to the minimum number of Plumbers and Plumber Helpers (if required) necessary to complete the Work.
