Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Public Works Department will engage the services of a licensed and bonded contractor for the purpose of rehabilitating existing sewer and storm gravity pipes by furnishing and installing ultraviolet light Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) liners. The successful Contractor shall be available for emergency calls and on an as-needed basis. 1 Sanitary Sewer Bypass Pumping; 2 UV-CIPP Setup in ROW (direct vehicular access over one manhole); 3 UV-CIPP Setup off-road (no vehicular access over either insertion and receiving manhole); 4 Remove and reset cone/topslab (less than 40 Sq. Ft.); 5 Remove and reset cone/topslab (greater than 40 Sq. Ft.); 10 8" CIPP, increase for reinforced UV-CIPP equivalent to 20% increase in thickness; 12" CIPP, deduct for reinforced UV-CIPP equivalent to 20% decrease in thickness
