Specifications include, but are not limited to: Federal ESEA law includes multiple requirements for districts to engage and notify parents as well as community members in the education of the students in their community. Notifications include, but are not limited to: The educational and linguistic progress of the students; Parental/caregiving rights to attend meetings in Title I, Part A schools; Rights and services that parents can access in order to support their child’s education and stability; and Child nutrition forms. ODE is requesting information from vendors about their ability to provide, and translate, parent friendly notification letters and communications for districts to engage their families, students and communities.
