Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The city of Hill City is requesting proposals from contractors to furnish and install a new control structure at the existing wastewater treatment facility (WWTF). A summary of the intended work is: 1. Furnish and install a new pre-cast concrete control structure on the effluent line of the tertiary pond. Control structure shall include internal bypass, new stainless steel slide gate and accessories, aluminum grating, and internal cast-in-place wall including all accessories and components shown in the drawings. 2. Furnish and install 8” plug valve inside control structure. Include all accessories to connect valve and riser to top of structure. 3. Furnish and install new buried 12” plug valve with a valve box and riser to grade on the effluent pipe of existing control structure No. 2. 4. Owner has procured 2 of the 10” buried plug valves (shown on the plans). Contractor shall install Owner procured valves, valve boxes and extension to grade under this Contract.
