Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, insurance necessary to provide total maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, replacements of the fire alarm, sprinkler system and all fire extinguishers. The contractor shall render two (2) inspections per year on the fire alarm and four (4) inspections on the sprinkler systems per year. The fire extinguishers shall be inspected, serviced, recharged required by code. Equipment included in this contract consists of, but not limited to the following: Fire Alarm Main control alarm panel located in the main electrical room in the basement inside the DGS’S office. Enunciator panel located on the first floor between the information booth and the elevator.
