Specifications include, but are not limited to: With this vendor’s demonstrated success in providing such services in States with relatively similar geographical makeups, and with their dedicated focus to diverse and culturally responsive materials and services, and as otherwise detailed in this document, this vendor’s services are needed and critical to the work outlined by NMPED. In addition, TNTP has authored several reports (outlined above) and produced research on Learning Acceleration that serve as a foundation for the previously developed iterations of the NMIS. TNTP’s deep knowledge in the development and implementation of the NMIS and above mentioned NMPED resources, as well as their knowledge of professional development throughout the state, make them the one source capable to start the work needed to support the NMPED department and teachers throughout New Mexico while helping educators accelerate learning.
