The vendor must provide all labor, equipment, and material to complete service to include equipment rental, freon, and one-year labor warranty. 1. Unit No. 2: The vendor must replace Carrier - 7.5 Ton Air Handler 208-230/3PH - 2-Speed Blower Model # - 40RFAA08A2A5-UA0A0 1.1. Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) Equipment as required. 1.2. Disconnect old Air Handler unit, remove, and dispose in accordance with all applicable rules, regulations, codes, laws, ordinances, and statutes. 1.3. Provide and install new Honeywell T10 WIFI/Programmable Thermostat with new wiring. 1.4. Duct transitions 1.5. Connect electrical as required by project scope. 1.6. Pull vacuum to 500 microns. 1.7.
