Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this IDIQ JOC is to provide transportation construction services for maintenance, repair, minor and major new construction services, including minor associated incidental design services, for a broad range of CFD No. 1 and/or CFD No. 2 transportation-related projects. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials as required (except as indicated otherwise in the specifications) to perform all work in strict accordance with applicable codes, OSHA, job specific technical specifications, and/or plans required for individual job orders as prepared by a design professional. Projects may or may not require building plans, specifications, or associated building permits. The contractor may be expected to submit sealed plans for permitting, develop shop drawings, exhibits, or submittals as needed to perform work whether plans are provided or limited in detail. It is expected that the selected contractor shall perform, most tasks with its own organization. As requirements develop, RFP’s for job orders will be issued. Job Orders will be negotiated to obtain a fair and reasonable price. Job Orders will not exceed $1,000,000, or the maximum permissible limit authorized by the Developer at the time the job is requested and will be issued by the Developer. Page 5 of 46 The Job Orders will include tasks in a variety of transportation improvement projects to include (but not limited to): • Earthwork; site rough and finish grading • Complete road construction, including signs and striping • New asphalt paving, including mill and overlay and reconstruction • Concrete removal and placement • ADA upgrades and improvements • Stamped and thermoplastic asphalt prints • Install and relocate traffic signal poles, mast arms and equipment • Install and relocate or remove loop detectors • Remove and replace culverts, catch basins and valley gutters • Minor wet and dry utility common trench and adjustments • Multi-use paths: concrete, natural, and granite • Bikeways • Minor land
