Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Camera Equipment Rental: Primary Camera Bodies: Sony FX6 & Sony a7siii (Camera a & b kits) or justifiable equivalent, and RED 8K VV Raptor or justifiable equivalent. Lens Lineup: Sony G Master lens lineup or equivalents, including a set of high-quality telephoto lenses, and cinema primes and lenses compatible with the RED camera. Lighting Equipment: Aputure 600x, Aputure 1200d, and two Aputure 120d lights, along with a comprehensive set of modifiers for various lighting situations. Drones: DJI Inspire 2 drone, and a smaller drone capable of filming in 5.2K, 10-bit color, with a backup unit. Both must be fully kitted out for professional use. Along with FAA registration current and updated. Audio Equipment: Sennheiser MKH 416 shotgun microphone, Sennheiser G4 wireless lavaliere microphones, hot shoe compatible lavalier kit for sony Fx6, and a Lectrosonics wireless lavaliere microphone kit. Supporting Equipment: Includes, but is not limited to, a 75mm tripod for the Fx6, and a 100mm tripod equivalent for the RED, gimbals, memory cards, batteries, chargers, and all necessary cases and travel equipment for mobility and protection. Equipment availability must be guaranteed throughout the North Slope primarily located in Barrow, and Anchorage, as per project requirements. 2. Training and Support: Comprehensive on-site training for the Mayor’s Department staff (as requested) on the operation of all rented camera, audio, and lighting equipment. Continuous technical support and maintenance services throughout the rental period. 3. Footage and Photo Library: A wide-ranging library of Arctic footage and photographs for licensing, showcasing landscapes, wildlife, and cultural moments.
