Specifications include, but are not limited to: C.6.3.1 CGI Roles and Responsibilities The CGI Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the Master Project Work Plan (see joint responsibilities below for roles of contributors including State). This includes the tasks that need to be completed, resource(s) assigned to each task and task progress (percentage complete). The plan will be kept on the State’s SharePoint site and updated at least once every other week so that results can be reviewed. Team members assigned to tasks are expected to review the Master Project Work Plan as directed by Project Managers so that progress of assigned tasks can be tracked and risks/ slide to Master Project Work Plan can be addressed. Within five Business Days, team members will submit any updates or comments on the Project Work Plan to the Project Managers. The CGI Project Manager will also prepare and post a monthly project status report to the State’s SharePoint site that summarizes the inputs and status from the State and CGI teams. C.6.3.2 State Roles and Responsibilities Team members assigned to tasks are expected to review and complete the work in the Master Project Work Plan as directed by Project Managers so that progress of assigned tasks can be tracked and risks/ slide to Master Project Work Plan can be addressed. Within five Business Days, team members will submit any updates or comments on the Project Work Plan to the Project Managers. C.6.3.3 Joint Roles and Responsibilities Where there are shared tasks/ ownership of items on the Master Project Work Plan, State and CGI team members are expected to work together to review and update the Master Project Work Plan with the tasks that they have completed.
