The required services to be provided are energy management and HVAC control system services at the Lufkin State Supported Living Center (LFSSLC). The Contractor must provide HVAC and BAS Control System diagnostic and repair services on an as‐needed basis for LFSSLC’s Schneider Electric control system. Service and support will ensure uninterrupted control of the HVAC Energy Management/Buildings Automation System. The Contractor shall perform the following all on an as needed bases: HVAC systems diagnostics, HVAC component commissioning, HVAC controller replacement, HVAC network repair or expansion, installation of low voltage controllers and components connected to the Schneider Electric control system and Schneider Electric control system graphics and programming modifications or additions.
