Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Scope of Work is to provide technical assistance and Congressional Legislative liaison services in Washington DC to advance the interests of the State of Hawaii with respect to transportation matters before local, county, regional, state, national and international governmental bodies including the Congress and its related committees, federal agencies, commissions and boards of the federal government, and branches of the military and other transportation industry representatives and associations as may be designated by the DOT. It is anticipated that these services will be performed primarily in the Washington, DC area.
