Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Georgia Department of Administrative Services (DOAS), Risk Management Division (RMS) is soliciting proposals for full-service Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Suppliers. The State desires a Supplier with significant experience providing full-service TPA Service for large-scale public-sector entities. The future state objective is to combine all the current vendor service offerings and outsource the internal services provided by DOAS to a single TPA, with DOAS contracting under a separate contract with a supplier to provide the Risk Management Information System (RMIS). The awarded TPA Supplier services will include: Workers' Compensation (WC) Claims and General Liability (GL) and Automobile Liability (AL) Claims, Property, and Indemnification program administration, including handling all claims subrogation. A Claims Management Information System (CMIS). Medical Case Management - Management Care Organization Services (MCO). Workers Compensation Bill Review. Pharmacy Benefit Manager Services. Banking and reconciliation, vendor management for creating 1099s, fiscal support, and mail and document image processing.
