Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.2.1 Properly dispose of all vegetation and debris, including such items as appliances, furniture, household items, tires, discarded construction or building materials, or other discarded debris in violation of the City code, or objects not a part of land existing at random or in a disorderly manner and constituting a health or safety hazard on city-owned vacant lots and city rights-of-ways. All of the identified property is to be cleaned up in its entirety. Trash and litter include, but are not limited to, paper, plastic, cans, bottles (including broken glass), cardboard, rags, bottle tops, limbs, logs, and branches. 4.2.2 Injury to property or any surrounding property shall be reported immediately to the authorized department. 4.2.3 All work is to be completed within 72 hours from the date the contractor is notified to proceed. Weekends are included in this 72-hour window. City holidays are excluded.
