Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor will provide natural gas services district-wide to all APS locations and other items on an as-needed basis. 2.1 The contractor must be a Georgia-approved natural gas marketer. 2.2 Please see Attachment A for all APS locations requiring natural gas service (refer to worksheet labeled locations). The list of schools is subject to change. Accounts shall be added and deleted at the same terms provided, if not materially different. 2.3 Please see Attachment B total number of therms used by month for Fiscal Years (FY- July through June) FY2021, FY2022, and FY2023 historical usage. The figures only represent estimates and are no guarantee as to the amount APS will purchase over the time stated within this solicitation. More or less of the quantity will be purchased. 2.4 Contractor must submit a sample agreement/contract that APS will be required to sign. The gas contract shall be consistent with gas industry standards or General Terms and Conditions for Sale and Purchase of Natural Gas published by the North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) Contracts. 2.5 The contractor shall assign a dedicated customer service representative to APS for the services required. 2.6 The current provider for Atlanta Public is Gas South. Natural Gas Services must begin on September 1, 2024. 2.7 The services for this contract will be a fixed-rate commodity contract.
