Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) is requesting training and support for our VUEWorks enterprise asset management solution, a pilot project that's a critical priority to formalize a structured asset management approach throughout the agency supported by our new centralized Asset Management Office (AMO). We are requesting to fully realize the benefits of integrating strategic and structured processes to manage assets throughout their lifecycles, offering greater accessibility to high-quality data. MDOT SHA lacks a centralized/enterprise system that makes available asset-related information for data-driven decision-making and analysis. MDOT SHA has prioritized enabling informed, data-driven decisions with high confidence levels. This challenge is a primary driver to establish a clear vision aligned with the MDOT Asset Management Policy (605) and MDOT SHA's asset management roadmap.
