Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide 24-hour per day room, board, and direct supervision in a residential or family based setting, including access to health care, mental health treatment, education, and other supports and services needed to improve Client functioning and their ability to live safely in the community. Additionally, the Contractor shall: (1) Provide services in an environment that provide for the Clients safety and well-being; (2) Have a clear intervention model that directs Client assessments, interventions, and treatments; (3) Follow the additional requirements listed below: Assist the Client with daily living activities; Provide Client supervision to maintain the Client’s health and safety; Assist the Client with acquiring, retaining, and improving skills related to living as independently as possible, participating in community settings of their choice, and avoiding isolation in their homes and community; Abide by the Provider Code of Conduct and Client Rights found in R380-80, Foster Child’s Rights in Foster Care found in R501-12-13.
