Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of New Orleans is releasing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify qualified lighting and technology vendors to participate in a short-term pilot program to demonstrate turnkey, scalable solutions for improving the City’s streetlight system. Through this RFQ, the City intends to select and contract with multiple vendors to conduct in-field deployments of their proposed solutions or technologies for a period of no less than one (1) year. Locations for the pilots are to be determined with selected vendor(s) as part of contract negotiation. As a result of a discretionary review and evaluation of the pilots, the City may negotiate contract extensions and/or shortlist qualifying vendors to propose for citywide or larger-scale projects in the future
