Specifications include, but are not limited to: The overall project includes the following elements in each phase including all phases in the scope of work and must be included in the cost proposal: Phase I - Pre-Design 1. Review Southwest Creek and Canal Study, review West Jordan 2023 Storm Water Master Plan. Review existing storm water model for the City. Perform design hydrologic and hydraulic calculations for the project. 2. Perform geotechnical borings for the proposed detention pond. 3. Before advancing into the detailed design, submit an electronic copy of a conceptual design and two hard copies of the report to the City for review, comment, and approval. Determine project construction staging criteria and needs. Phase II – Detail Design.
