Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall provide the Services to a minimum of 350 unduplicated parents of school aged children who are residents of the City. City street addresses will need to be provided for each individual client to ensure services to City residents are meeting contract requirements. B. Coordination of these Services must be in conjunction with the Gaithersburg Coalition of Providers, as well as referrals and promotion of the services offered by the Gaithersburg Financial Empowerment Center, Gaithersburg CARES Hub and other agencies as needed. C. To ensure continuous programmatic oversight and compensation, the Contractor must submit reports to the City at fiscal mid-year and fiscal end-of-year. Each report shall contain both mid-year and year-to-date information with respect to the number of residents served for each of the Services specified, including outcomes and outputs, statistics on race and country of origin. Reports will only be accepted when submitted to City staff in writing. D. Offeror is responsible for internet access at all times. Offeror will remain in compliance with the City/MCPS Agreement (ref. Exhibit A) for Funding and Operation of the Bohrer Parent Resource Center contract at all times. E. Offeror is responsible for all extracurricular program activity expenses and will ensure enough funds are provided for at least a minimum of 5 holiday/field trip/professional speakers/informal programs/etc. every year. F. Offeror is responsible for supervision and support of full-time Program Director as well as at least one part-time staff with a minimum of 10 hours (total), 2x/week for additional support to Program Director.
