Specifications include, but are not limited to: Resurfacing: Milling: Prior to paving, mill pavement up to a depth of 4 inches. After milling is completed, saw cut edges of concrete pavement to establish a clean joint to tie into. Repair area/s will be shaped symmetrically where possible. Asphalt millings and debris will be removed from job site and hauled off and properly disposed of. The work area will then be swept and blown clean in order to receive the pre-pave tack coat. Proof-Roll: Conduct a "Proof-Roll" of the existing surface with an 18-ton (approx.) loaded dump truck slowly drive over existing sub-base to test and make certain that the sub-base can sustain the load. Tack Coat: Tack Coat at 0.05 gallon per square yard applied between layers. Pavement: Paving material to be used GDOT Super Pave 9.5mm. Match original designed road slope. Asphalt placement temperature must be over 55 degrees. Asphalt Base: Area will be paved with 2 inches (compacted thickness) of Asphalt Binder and properly compacted. Surface Asphalt: Area will be paved with 2 inches (compacted thickness) of Surface Asphalt and properly compacted. Re-install approximately 60’ LF of speed bump. Restriping: All pavement markings are to be painted using Sherwin Williams Pro-Park Waterborne Traffic Paint B97 Series or equivalent.
