9.1. Respondent is responsible for all preparatory work required to refinish the lockers using the electrostatic painting method. 9.1.1. This includes the removal of rust and/or making repairs that are necessary prior to paint application. 9.1.2. Manufactures preparation specifications must be adhered to. 9.2. Respondent is responsible for completing this project without compromising the combination locks, if the existing lockers have fixed locks. 9.3. Respondent must provide pricing to replace the number tags for each locker. 9.3.1. If the respondent is able to complete the painting process without painting over the current number tags and reserving them for continued use. 9.3.1.1. Respondent must indicate if it is possible to reuse the number tags but must still provide pricing for the replacements. 9.4. Respondent will be responsible for covering all areas exposed to paint overspray. 9.4.1. Any areas or items that are not properly covered and are exposed to overspray, will be the responsibility of the respondent to clean, repair, and/or repaint. 9.4.1.1. This also applies to any paint spills or accidents. 9.5. Respondent is responsible for making sure that the work area is properly ventilated, if required. 9.6. Respondent is responsible for the removal and disposal of any job related debris. 9.6.1. Respondent is not allowed to utilize the school's waste container to dispose of these debris.
